The F7 chord is made up of the notes A, Eb, F, and A. Because the open 1st string is a 2nd A note in this chord, some ukulele players have a tendency to let that string be dampened while playing. After all, it’s still an F7 chord and it’s easier to play that way. Do your best to let the 1st string play, as this creates a surprising amount of depth to the chord.
